What counts as a prompt?
A prompt is one question your buyers ask AI, like “best designer pendant light for a dining room”. Each prompt is re-run every day on each of your active engines and in each of your markets.
How are monthly AI answers calculated?
Tracked prompts × active engines × 30 days. On Growth, 125 prompts on 4 engines gives you about 15,000 AI answers analysed every month.
Can I split my prompts across several projects or brands?
Yes. Your prompt quota is shared across the brands included in your plan, so you can give more prompts to your main brand and fewer to a sub-brand.
Can I add an AI engine to my plan?
Yes. Each extra engine costs $25 excl. VAT per month, on any plan, and can be any of the 10 engines Citeme tracks. Enterprise already includes all of them.
Can I change plan or prompt volume later?
Anytime, from your settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next billing date.
How does the $1 trial work?
Every self-serve plan starts with a 3-day trial for $1. A payment method is required, and you can cancel before the end of the trial without being charged again.
Is there a yearly discount?
Yes: paying yearly saves 14% on Starter and about 17% on Growth and Pro, up to two months free. Starter also keeps the back-to-school −50% for life if you subscribe before October 31.
Do you offer agency or white-label pricing?
No. There is no reseller rate, no white-label and no agency discount: the platform costs the same for everyone. Agencies usually run one project per client brand, with unlimited team users. The done-for-you engagement is scoped and quoted individually.
